We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, ensuring fast and efficient delivery. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1 business day, and 95% of orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
For customers outside the contiguous US (including APOs/FPOs/DPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands), shipping may take up to 6-8 weeks.

Free Returnable Items
Items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
- New and unused.
- Items received in the incorrect size/color.
- Faulty, damaged, or soiled items upon arrival.
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that did not meet your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items outside the 30-day warranty period.
- Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
If you wish to return an item after 30 days, return shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit a ticket in our Support Center with the following details:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and return address.
- Return the item according to the instructions on the RMA form and provide us with the tracking number and return receipt.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll email you to arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days.
Refund Times
- Credit Card Refunds: 7-14 business days.
- PayPal Refunds: Up to 48 hours.
- Store Credit (Wallet): 48 hours.
Shipping Fees for Returns
- If the return is due to a mistake on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping fee.
