The ankle strap might be too far back for my short foot without cutting into my ankle. However, I had a size too large and I am waiting to receive the next size down and how it fits before a final determination is made. I have another Shoe Mountain sandal already that doesn’t have this issue and I love, so I am a repeat customer.
