Cozy Bootie - Navy Pebble Grain Fabric Review

I really love these little boots! They are super cute, and definitely cozy! They do run a bit big, but I think that's fine and leaves room for thick socks. Shipping took way too long, but now that they are here, I'm very happy! They arrive smelling like Scotch Guard, but that goes away quickly.
