I wore them to school (my campus has a lot of walking and some hills that leave you out of breath) and I have no complaints! I'm a 7 when it comes to sandals, but whenever I get running shoes/sneakers I like to get a 7.5 so my toes have room to move around. Buy them based on the LENGTH of your foot, not the width, as they will mold to your foot's shape.
