I don't have narrow feet and these shoes fit perfect to me and are true to size. I've only worn them for about 200 miles and they felt perfect since day one. They're the most comfortable shoes I've tried.

This is my first pair of shoes that have worked for me ( first time clipping in). The shoe is very sturdy and durable. I really appreciate having the half sizes. Double BOAreally was a plus for fit. I tried a pair of Shimanos but in there defense only had single BOA's, but did not work for me. The toe section of the specialized shoes also were a better fit for me.

This shoes are awesome, super duper stiff for awesome power transfer. They're just a tad narrow for my fat feet, but the toe box is roomy enough that they're still comfortable. Body geometry insole is about as good as you can get without a custom one. Heel cup is great, O heel movement without having to crank down on the boas.
